1. Responsible for rubber, mixing, surface treatment, adhesive, vulcanization techniques etc.
2. Assists theLacoste POLO Shirts manager of chemic dept. to design rubber recipe.
3. Responsible for both incoming&mass production test for rubber compound.
4. Responsible for tryout of new product.（Trial etc.）
5. Implements process flow to support new product introductions to manufacturing,including issuing related Lacoste Polo Shirts
process document (work instruction, SOP etc.)
6. Participate in process improvement.
7. Responsible for daily work of chemical lab.
